Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us due to water damage and microbial (mold) growth in and around the shower area, which had affected drywall, framing, and surrounding materials.

Solutions provided:

We completed a full mold remediation and water damage mitigation service. Our team set up sealed containment using 6-mil plastic and established negative air pressure with HEPA air filtration. All non-restorable and mold-affected porous materials, including drywall, damaged framing, and the shower unit, were carefully removed. Remaining non-porous materials were HEPA vacuumed, sanded where necessary, cleaned, sanitized, and thoroughly dried. The containment area was fully decontaminated by HEPA vacuuming all surfaces twice and damp-wiping with an antimicrobial agent to ensure a safe and clean environment.
