Technicians dropped the compromised baseboards, meticulously de-nailed the bedroom baseboard units, and performed detailed HEPA vacuuming combined with an industrial antimicrobial wipe-down across all exposed drywall sections to eliminate active surface mold. We extracted trapped water from the carpets, removed the saturated, non-extractable living room carpet padding, and utilized digital diagnostic meters to continuously monitor the deeply embedded moisture levels.

Moisture monitoring was conducted, and it was determined that the open cavity areas would continue to dry naturally. All drying equipment was subsequently pulled as mitigation was deemed complete. No reconstruction was required. However, the legs of the tables remained highly elevated in moisture and may require replacement.
