Job completed for McCall Homes

Completion date: December 2, 2025

Location: Billings, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

Water damage originating from an upstairs bathroom, affecting the kitchen ceiling (causing drips from light fixtures) and the upstairs laundry area subfloor and baseboards, with visible water damage in the laundry room and elevated moisture in the bathroom base.

Solutions provided:

On-site team performed moisture mapping and completed a DocuSketch. Two kitchen ceiling light fixtures were removed. Water-affected baseboard in the bathroom was removed, and the wall behind was confirmed dry. In the upstairs laundry area, water-damaged floating LVP flooring was removed, moisture points were set in the subfloor, which was then sprayed with botanical biocide, and air movement with dehumidification was initiated. Dehumidification and air movement were also set up in the kitchen ceiling.
