A kitchen faucet was leaking for an extended period, leading to water accumulation under the floating floor and a small amount of water on the vapor barrier in the crawlspace.

Alpha Omega Restoration Pros conducted a thorough inspection to assess the water damage. This included evaluating the extent of water trapped under the floating floor and inspecting the crawlspace. Moisture readings were taken on the joist system, which was found to be unaffected with no elevated moisture. It was determined that no restoration work was required in the crawlspace.
