Job completed for Sean Corcoran

Completion date: October 1, 2025

Location: Billings, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer's property had persistent moisture issues, with moisture points showing little progress even with existing drying equipment. High moisture levels (up to 17%) were detected in open cavities, indicating a need for a revised mitigation strategy.

Solutions provided:

Our team, led by JM, arrived on site to assess the moisture situation. Recognizing that the current drying equipment was not effectively reducing moisture in the open cavity areas, we removed the drying equipment. Following this, a general cleanup was performed. To facilitate complete drying and access, the zipper door and the door to the bedroom were removed. A post-mitigation dokusketch was created to document the completed work, and the mitigation process was successfully concluded.
