Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced a moisture issue, with moisture points on a sill plate showing elevated readings up to 23% MC in a heat bubble, and the legs of tables also highly elevated in moisture content.

Solutions provided:

Moisture monitoring was conducted, and it was determined that the open cavity areas would continue to dry naturally. All drying equipment was subsequently pulled as mitigation was deemed complete. No reconstruction was required. However, the legs of the tables remained highly elevated in moisture and may require replacement.
