The customer experienced water damage affecting particleboard bottoms in the office and supply closet, along with 6 square feet of affected carpet. While there was no strong odor, moisture detection revealed the extent of the damage.

Solutions provided:

A pre-mitigation DocuSketch was created to document the site. Workers removed an AFD and scoped the work, identifying demo areas in the office and supply closet. Moisture meters were used to confirm affected particleboard and 6 square feet of carpet, which were then addressed. Drying equipment, specifically an air mover, was deployed to facilitate the mitigation process
