Discovered inactive growth on trusses and stud foundation walls in the crawlspace, along with dark staining on the wood.

Solutions provided:

An Air Filtration Device (AFD) was set up near the crawlspace access. The loose inactive growth was removed using a HEPA vacuum. The affected wood was then sanded down to eliminate dark staining.
