Persistent moisture in an open cavity area, with drying equipment showing little progress, necessitating a change in mitigation strategy.
Solutions provided:
After monitoring moisture points and observing minimal progress (highest at 17%), drying equipment was pulled from the open cavity. A general cleanup was performed, and the zipper door and rest-up door to the bedroom were removed. Post-mitigation documentation (dokusketch) was completed, and mitigation efforts are now complete.
