The customer reached out due to a significant plumbing failure that caused water to migrate from the kitchen into the basement below. The intrusion resulted in a collapsed basement ceiling, standing water puddles, and visible microbial growth on kitchen cabinetry and walls, creating an urgent need for professional water extraction and sanitation.

Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration executed an immediate emergency mitigation plan. We performed a full walkthrough to identify all affected zones and deployed high-capacity dehumidifiers and Air Filtration Devices (AFDs) in both the kitchen and basement. In the basement, our team extracted standing water, cleared collapsed ceiling debris, and sanitized the surfaces. For the areas with potential microbial growth, we utilized HEPA vacuuming to contain spores. A full demolition and structural drying phase are scheduled for June to ensure the property is fully restored.
