The customer experienced significant water damage and moisture intrusion in their bedroom, with bound moisture found between the vapor barrier and insulation. Materials showed signs of smell and microbial growth, requiring extensive restoration. Additional areas needing demolition include the kitchen tile floor, exterior basement wall/ceiling, and basement carpet.

Alpha Omega Restoration Pros completed all initial demolition in the affected bedroom, removing damaged drywall and insulation. They performed an initial HEPA vacuuming, removed negative air pressure, and hauled out all debris. Future work includes sanding affected and stained framing, completing a final clean in the bedroom, and conducting further demolition of the kitchen tile floor, exterior basement wall/ceiling, and basement carpet due to microbial growth and odor concerns. The customer agreed to proceed with the additional scope of work.
