The tenant reported excessive moisture and standing water within the crawlspace. An inspection revealed that a disconnected condensation pump and leaking condensation line were saturating the dirt floor, leading to soft ground conditions and elevated humidity levels.
Technicians performed a detailed crawlspace inspection to identify the source of the water intrusion. To stabilize the environment and prevent microbial growth, an extra-large industrial dehumidifier and a low-profile air mover were installed to reduce humidity and circulate air across the saturated ground. While the tenant coordinated an electrician to hardwire the condensation pump, our team initiated a professional drying phase and established a monitoring schedule to ensure the space remains free of mold and structural dampness.
