The customer contacted us to resolve sudden water damage in their master suite caused by a failed toilet valve mechanism. The clean water leak quickly spread from the master bathroom into the main master bedroom area and the adjacent master walk-in closet, saturating the floor coverings, lower drywall baseboards, and subflooring, which required immediate emergency water extraction, material tear-out, and structural drying.
Our restoration team immediately executed a comprehensive clean-water mitigation protocol across the master suite. Technicians disconnected the water source, removed the damaged, saturated carpeting and underlayment padding, and cut away the affected drywall and baseboards along the bathroom perimeter to expose the framing. The team staged the master bedroom furniture and contents safely off the floor and set up an advanced industrial drying configuration consisting of centrifugal air movers and a low-grain refrigerant dehumidifier to rapidly dry the exposed subfloor back to its baseline standards.
