The customer experienced a water intrusion event in their basement, resulting in water damage to the living area carpets and the bathroom sheetrock, which required professional structural drying and moisture monitoring.

We performed a comprehensive hydro visit to monitor the drying progress. We utilized moisture meter prongs to inspect the basement carpet, confirming it had successfully dried, and identified that the bathroom sheetrock retained moisture. We continued operating commercial dehumidifiers on-site and consulted with the customer to extend the equipment placement, ensuring the remaining structural moisture is thoroughly eliminated.
