The customer contacted us because they experienced a water damage event in their home, caused by a plumbing leak that compromised the ceiling and resulted in water stains on the interior wood trim and door casings.

We provided rapid water damage mitigation services. This involved performing controlled demolition (removing a section of the ceiling drywall) to locate and access the leaking copper pipe, allowing for a PEX pipe repair. We also conducted a thorough inspection of the water-damaged trim and surrounding structural materials to prepare the affected areas for comprehensive drying and restoration.
