The customer experienced a fire loss that originated outside and breached an exterior wall, spreading into a basement room. As a result, the entire home was severely contaminated with heavy fire, smoke, and soot damage, requiring immediate emergency mitigation.

We performed a comprehensive walkthrough and a full Docusketch scan to accurately document the extent of the damage. For immediate stabilization, we cleared out the basement freezer and kitchen refrigerator to remove perishable items, executed emergency cleaning on porcelain and stainless steel surfaces to prevent permanent soot corrosion, and organized all affected textiles for professional laundering.
