The customer contacted us following a Category 3 sewage water loss that impacted multiple lower-level areas, including the main storage room, freezer room, mini bowling alley pro shop, and mini store storage room.
Upon arriving at the commercial property, our team conducted a complete DocuSketch scan and mapped the affected lower-level spaces. To prevent cross-contamination, we moved affected contents out of the storage room and staged them safely in the bar/lounge area on top of protective plastic sheeting. We applied antimicrobial disinfectant across all impacted surfaces, sprayed the carpet in the mini bowling alley pro shop, and performed hot-water extraction on the carpeted areas. Additionally, we deployed drying equipment across the facility—placing one dehumidifier in the storage room, another in the pro shop, and staging an Air Filtration Device (AFD) near the bar seating area. Full demolition was postponed per the client's request to accommodate an upcoming event, with plans to resume controlled structural removal following the gathering.
