Job completed for Old Dominion Freight Line

Completion date: June 22, 2026

Location: Billings, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer requested an evaluation and estimate for mold remediation following a previously repaired plumbing leak inside an active storage room. Although no standing water remained, the property owner required moisture verification and mold assessment across drywall surfaces and above the drop ceiling grid while maintaining operational access to stored inventory.

Solutions provided:

Our technician performed comprehensive moisture mapping across all wall surfaces, flooring, and ceiling access points inside the closet storage area. Testing confirmed that nearly all surrounding materials metered completely dry, with the exception of a single, localized elevated moisture reading along the middle section of the lower wall. We inspected exposed wall cavities beneath shelving units and documented the open ceiling grid access ladder setup required for complete overhead inspection. Finally, we compiled a structured mold remediation estimate and hand sketch tailored to allow the client continued use of their storage space during future work.
