The customer required a final follow-up inspection and equipment teardown after a structural water mitigation project, needing verification that all affected areas had dried successfully and were ready for reconstruction.

During this final site visit, our team took comprehensive moisture readings across all previously affected areas to verify that every structural material had returned to acceptable dry standard conditions. Once dry status was confirmed, we dismantled and removed all installed restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers and air movers. To officially close out the mitigation phase, we documented the complete work scope by taking detailed equipment and demolition macro photos and executing a final post-mitigation DocuSketch scan. The property was thoroughly prepped and left fully ready for the upcoming repairs and rebuilding phase.
