The customer contacted us after their commercial building was struck by a vehicle, causing significant structural and cosmetic damage to the front exterior wall, window framing, and large glass storefront panels. The collision shattered multiple windows, scattered sharp glass debris across the interior and exterior areas, and damaged the lower brick façade and window base.

Our team arrived on-site to perform a comprehensive damage assessment and secure the property. We installed heavy-duty plywood board-ups over the compromised window openings to protect the building interior against weather exposure, unauthorized entry, and further property loss. Additionally, we prepped the site for the full restoration scope, which includes clearing all scattered glass and debris, removing damaged aluminum window components, coordinating storefront reconstruction, and completing structural and finish repairs to restore the exterior to its pre-loss state.
