The customer reached out to Alpha Omega Restoration after severe crawl space water damage exposed subfloor insulation and damaged plastic plumbing lines, raising serious concerns regarding structural wood rot and microbial growth.

Our team completed an extensive structural moisture assessment of the crawl space, examining the load-bearing beams, subfloor, and floor joists for water saturation and mold. We documented disconnected and damaged PVC plumbing pipes, mapped out affected subfloor insulation for removal, and developed a targeted restoration plan to address plumbing repairs, crawl space drying, and structural remediation.
