The customer reached out to Alpha Omega Restoration after water escaped from commercial restrooms into adjacent areas of the casino facility, affecting the restrooms, lobby, bar, storage area, and soaking approximately 15 square feet of entryway carpet.

Our emergency mitigation team completed a comprehensive moisture mapping inspection across all suspected rooms, confirming the drywalls and main carpet sections remained undamaged. We performed standing water extraction in the men’s and women’s restrooms and executed specialized extraction on the saturated carpet. All affected tile and hard flooring were thoroughly sanitized using heavy-duty Mil-Go antimicrobial treatment. We installed two industrial dehumidifiers in the casino area alongside an air filtration device (AFD) equipped with an odor-cleanse filter in the men's restroom to ensure complete structural drying and odor elimination.
