The client contacted Alpha Omega Restoration after an air handler condensation drain overflowed, causing Category 1 water damage that compromised the ceiling drywall and surrounding materials inside a medical facility outpatient room.

Our commercial restoration team established critical containment barriers, including a sealed zipper doorway and floor carpet protection, to isolate the work zone in a sensitive healthcare environment. We deployed industrial centrifugal air movers, LGR dehumidifiers, and layflat ducting to target the saturated ceiling materials. After monitoring confirmed all ceiling moisture points metered dry, we removed the drying equipment, completed post-mitigation DocuSketch documentation, installed new Sheetrock, and left containment intact for the hospital facility's painting team.
