The customer contacted Alpha Omega Restoration following a failed outdoor sprinkler system on the backside of the home, which led to a Category 3 ground water and mud intrusion entering through the bathroom tub/shower access and spreading across multiple main-floor rooms.

Our restoration team completed an immediate inspection across the bathroom, mechanical room, hallway, living room, and two bedrooms. We verified that the carpet padding remained salvageable and extracted all carpeted areas using a high-performance Floor Rover extraction tool. We extracted mud and ground water from the mechanical room and bathroom, sanitized the linoleum flooring using heavy-duty Mil-Go antimicrobial wipes, opened affected framing, and installed three commercial dehumidifiers on the first floor for rapid structural drying.
