The customer contacted Alpha Omega Restoration following a failed toilet supply line in the shop bathroom, which caused Category 1 water damage that migrated across the shop, office, lobby bathroom, and a section of the women's restroom.
Our emergency mitigation team moved and protected contents from the office and shop bathroom, completed an on-site moisture map, and captured a pre-mitigation DocuSketch scan. We performed bulk water extraction across all affected flooring, removed water-damaged MDF baseboards in the lobby and women's restrooms, and drilled targeted access holes into the metal wall paneling to pressurize and dry the wall cavities. We treated exposed framing and concrete with antimicrobial solutions, deployed drying systems and air movers, and coordinated with a third-party testing agency for material sampling prior to subsequent demolition and moisture monitoring.
