The customer contacted Alpha Omega Restoration due to water seepage into the crawlspace and basement area, appearing to enter through cracks in the foundation concrete slab floor and affecting wooden access stairs.

Our mitigation team deployed drying equipment to restore moisture levels across the concrete slab and wooden staircase. We utilized a sump pump to safely extract and drain collected water from the crawlspace, conducted daily moisture and atmospheric monitoring until dry standards were met, removed all drying equipment upon project completion, and coordinated foundation inspection recommendations for the client.
