The customer contacted Alpha Omega Restoration due to water intrusion and widespread mold growth discovered along the wall framing, plaster backer board, and baseboards, requiring containment and controlled demolition.

Our restoration team removed the affected tile baseboards and unscrewed the water-stained, odorous plaster backer board along the source wall. We chased the extended mold growth into the adjacent wall framing, cleared debris and broken glass from the work area, inspected the sump pump system and egress window well, and prepared the structural cavities for antimicrobial treatment and remediation.
