The customer contacted Alpha Omega Restoration after an exterior roof leak caused water intrusion into the home, resulting in visible water staining, sagging drywall, and ceiling moisture damage.

Our restoration team performed an exterior roof and chimney flashing inspection along with an interior ceiling moisture assessment. We identified compromised asphalt shingles and damaged ceiling drywall, developed a targeted structural drying plan, and applied antimicrobial mold treatments to sanitize the affected surfaces and prevent microbial growth.
