The customer contacted Alpha Omega Restoration following a water heater failure that resulted in Category 3 water damage, foul odors, and visible microbial growth spreading across the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and water heater closet.

Our certified team conducted an on-site structural inspection and moisture assessment, checking moisture levels under baseboards, cabinetry, and around the water heater closet. Because active mold colonization was present on materials that would typically be dried, standard air-moving mitigation was withheld to prevent cross-contamination. We documented the full scope of damage and prepared a comprehensive mold remediation and controlled demolition estimate for the customer and their insurance provider.
