The customer contacted Alpha Omega Restoration Pros for a follow-up structural drying and moisture monitoring inspection after experiencing water intrusion that affected sill plates and multiple rooms across the property.

Our team assessed all structural drying test points, verified that previous moisture points had successfully dried, and removed all layout tape and unneeded drying units from the art room. We performed HEPA vacuuming across the living and art room floors, identified a remaining moisture saturation point in the utility room sill plate, and repositioned a commercial dehumidifier to target and complete the drying process.
