The customer experienced water damage, leading to heavy rust on metal frame sill plates and localized microbial growth underneath the sink.

Alpha Omega Restoration Pros completed the demolition phase. During this, heavy rust was discovered on the metal frame sill plates and microbial growth was found specifically underneath the sink. Remediation included treating affected areas with IAQ solution, hand scrubbing and scraping with wire brushes. All open wall cavities were sealed with plastic before a general HEPA vacuuming was performed. Subsequently, Aftershock sealant was applied by hand brushes to the majority of the rusted sill plates.
