The customer experienced water damage in their basement, affecting carpeted areas, a wine cellar with several inches of standing water, and identified active visible microbial growth in the south bedroom. The entire basement was impacted, requiring professional water extraction and drying.

Our team performed comprehensive water extraction throughout the affected basement, specifically focusing on carpeted areas around large furniture items using a pressure-weighted rover extractor. We placed furniture blocks under movable items to protect them from moisture. Dehumidifiers were strategically set up in the two bedrooms and the living room to facilitate drying. In the wine cellar, where several inches of standing water were present, we extracted the remaining water, reducing it to approximately a quarter inch after initial sump-pump efforts.
