In the workout room, Alpha Omega Restoration Pros performed full moisture mapping, scored and detached affected MDF base, and removed compacted insulation exposed by prior base cuts. They installed air movers, a dehumidifier, and set invasive points in sill-plates. Potential future Sheetrock removal under the window was noted if insulation remains compacted. In the mechanical room, sill-plates were assessed and found dry after initial water extraction by the homeowners. The client, Leon, was updated on work progress and informed of scheduled Sheetrock demolition under the affected window.
