The customer had moisture issues under their sink area, leading to elevated moisture readings, water staining, and microbial growth on the framing and subfloor in the kitchen, with an additional area of water staining noted in the basement below the sink.

Alpha Omega Restoration Pros performed a comprehensive inspection, identified elevated moisture levels, and treated the affected areas with IAQ. They meticulously removed microbial growth from the framing and subfloor using a scrub brush, followed by a post-clean with Milgo and HEPA vacuuming. An XL dehumidifier was utilized to dry the affected framing. For the basement area below the sink, an inspection revealed water staining (but no microbial growth), which was then addressed with HEPA vacuuming and a Milgo wipe-down.
