The customer contacted us because condensation from a furnace pump in their laundry room caused moisture intrusion and subsequent property damage.

We performed a comprehensive water damage inspection, verified that the living room materials were dry, and identified microbial growth along the shared wall (including the tack strip and carpet) alongside trapped moisture between the subfloor and floating floor in the laundry room. We completed DocuSketch documentation along with restoration macros, and fully documented the remaining scope of work required for proper remediation.
