The customer contacted the restoration company after noticing moisture-related deterioration around a window and the adjacent flooring. Visible signs of damage included deteriorated wall surfaces, affected flooring materials, and potential moisture intrusion around the window area.

We completed a water damage inspection and restoration job to assess the damage, removed affected drywall and underlying materials to expose the wall cavity for proper inspection and drying, and evaluated the carpet and surrounding areas to prepare the structure for drying and subsequent restoration.
