Job completed for Voegele V

Completion date: September 8, 2026

Location: Billings, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced an unspecified water leak in the bathroom which had been repaired. This resulted in suspected microbial growth in both back-to-back bathrooms, specifically on the base of walls and vanities. Although mold was observed in other areas of the structure, the owner strictly limited the scope of work to address only the bathrooms as specified by an inspector.

Solutions provided:

To address the identified mold and water damage in the bathrooms, our team implemented a focused remediation strategy. This included setting up containment areas in both bathrooms to prevent further contamination, carefully removing all mold and water-affected materials, and thoroughly decontaminating the contained areas. This limited scope of work was specifically designed to restore the bathrooms to a good, healthy condition as per the owner's request.
