Rain water from a storm entered the building through an exterior wall on the west side, affecting the Break Room and a Closet, due to the absence of a roof gutter. This was categorized as Category 2 water damage.

Initial monitoring revealed dried carpet but saturated walls. Fans were adjusted to target the walls. During a subsequent visit, equipment was removed from areas that had dried. Two Saharas and a dehumidifier were left to continue drying a few remaining saturated areas. Communication updates were provided to on-site staff and Debbie regarding work performed and drying progress.
