The customer experienced water damage affecting multiple basement areas, including two bedrooms, their respective closets, and a connecting hallway.

Upon evaluating the affected basement areas, a targeted structural drying plan was established without the need for water extraction, as the sheetrock did not show elevated moisture levels. To initiate drying across the impacted living room and bedroom spaces, a comprehensive drying system was installed consisting of low-profile air movers and an LGR dehumidifier. Throughout the restoration process, moisture readings were continuously monitored to track drying progress and verify improvement across all rooms. As materials reached acceptable moisture thresholds, the equipment configuration was adjusted by removing four air movers, and a Firebird drying system was specifically positioned along the shared wall to target remaining elevated moisture and optimize drying efficiency.
