Job completed for Cindy F

Completion date: September 29, 2026

Location: Billings, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us following a Category 1 water damage event caused by a failed toilet supply fitting. The water affected two bathrooms, a bedroom, a hallway, and the laundry room, as well as the subflooring and crawlspace insulation underneath the structure.

Solutions provided:

The team arrived on site to begin extracting standing water and establishing a comprehensive structural drying setup. In the master bathroom, technicians prepared the vanity for detachment, removed glued-down vinyl flooring, and labeled and set aside the baseboards. Upon discovering hidden mold growth beneath the flooring near the vanity and toilet, the team vacuumed and treated the affected subfloor using IAQ antimicrobial solution. In the hall bathroom and laundry room, the team removed glued-down vinyl flooring and sprayed antimicrobial agents to neutralize strong odors and control mold. Perforated plastic sheeting was laid over tacky exposed subfloor in the laundry room to keep the area usable while allowing continuous subfloor drying.
