Job completed for Ann M's Home

Completion date: September 21, 2026

Location: Billings, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced water damage leading to affected carpet pad and the discovery of microbial growth on the exterior wall. There was also moisture present in other areas requiring professional drying.

Solutions provided:

Our team provided comprehensive water damage restoration and mold remediation services. This included removing the affected carpet pad and detaching the MDF baseboard. Microbial growth on the exterior wall was treated with IAQ and HEPA vacuumed. The preexisting drying system was reset, and two additional axial air movers were strategically placed for carpet drying. Invasive moisture points were added for more thorough drying. During a follow-up visit, one seal point was found dry, and fans were adjusted to optimize drying in other areas. The drywall was confirmed dry, and seal plates were making good progress.
