Job completed for Kristin B

Completion date: September 21, 2026

Location: Huntley, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us after a kitchen sink supply line failed, causing significant water damage throughout the upper and lower levels of the home. Multiple flooring types and drywall were affected, and the homeowner requested necessary mitigation regardless of insurance coverage.

Solutions provided:

Initial mitigation efforts focused on stabilizing the property by extracting standing water and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Priority was given to removing carpet pad and engineered hardwood due to time constraints, with drywall demolition scheduled as a last priority. We will return to monitor the drying process after the initial setup.
