Job completed for Melanie H

Completion date: September 21, 2026

Location: Billings, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer reported basement water damage after a rainstorm caused a clogged gutter system to overflow into a window well, allowing water to enter the basement and wet the carpet and padding. The customer had already begun removing affected contents and wet carpet pad.

Solutions provided:

During the inspection, Alpha Omega Restoration Pros discovered heavy microbial growth along the lower portion of the exterior wall after detaching the baseboard beneath the exterior window. The growth was more concentrated on the left side and continued along the bottom of the baseboard toward the right side. The affected area was thoroughly documented, including preparing macros for the estimate, and monitoring and documentation were completed to assess the full scope of the damage and microbial growth.
