• Comment: Got the worst housewarming present ever! A flood in the basement. Thankfully, Jordan Kroll was prompt and efficient and helped us get the remediation process started. He has been super patient with us and answered any questions we might have, even if they seemed a little silly. From that point on, every single person who has worked on this job has been incredible. Nate Hill, Dawn Westermark, Kiiara Snowden, Aaron Fairly, Haden Hill, and Anthony Gile have been super professional, speedy and considerate of the quirky members of the household. They even worked well with my cats. 10/10 would recommend, but 100/100 would recommend this crew.
