Comment: We had a water heater issue which caused garage and interior flooding in our house. Alpha Omega came out immediately to begin mitigation. The folks who came were great and got to work helping remove all that water and damaged flooring/carpet. All of the local staff I worked with were friendly, professional and got the job done.
The issue came when working with the billing company they use, Fleet Response, and my insurance. The Fleet Response was slow to respond, missed emails, and then were demanding and borderline rude when they wanted a response from my insurance agent about estimates and payments. I ended up basically having to mediate between the two because my insurance agent wouldn’t get prompt responses and Fleet Response was only polite when emailing with me. I ended up not using Alpha Omega for the restoration aspect exclusively because of how bad it was to deal with Fleet Response. This ended up being frustrating because Alpha Omega took many of the baseboards and siding pieces away with them so it was more difficult for me to match when I got restoration work done later on. Overall, this process took months longer because of the difficulty with Fleet Response and my having to manage everything personally. For the mitigation, I really appreciate Alpha Omega. For everything after, I would never use them while they work with Fleet Response.
