• Comment: We have had the unfortunate experiences of three floods in our basement over the past several years. We have called in the pros at Alpha Omega all three times, each with amazing results. These people are awesome. They really know their stuff. They have shown up promptly upon our calls for assistance. As soon as they arrive on scene, they efficiently assess our needs and then go right to work. They put you at ease right away, telling us that they've got this handled and everything will be okay. They have great equipment, and they know exactly how to use it! The results have always proven to be outstanding. They are extremely honest, empathetic, efficient and hard-working. Thanks to this amazing team, our house is still in near-new condition, even after experiencing these water disasters. If you experience a similar event, we highly recommend calling Alpha Omega...believe me, you will be glad you did! You will absolutely love these people!
