• Comment: Alpha Omega was extremely responsive when we woke up to a couple of inches of water in our basement. I had my doubts when I called and was asked to "leave a message and someone would get back to me shortly." Five minutes later I had a call back, explained the problem and 45 minutes later someone was at my house. The technician explained what he saw and what he thought we should do. They got to work right away and went above and beyond the work we discussed.... And the bill came in LOWER than we discussed. Thank You Alpha Omega!
