I went to AO when I had some hardwood floor damage after a water leak. Willie and his guys were awesome! They were over right away to assess the damage and were able to save my flooring. These people are very knowledgeable and the customer service was great! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a house fire on February 12 2010. Not a good day when the fire truck stops at your house...
It’s late, starting to snow and a large hole in the roof. I called Willie on a recommendation around 10:30 PM. He said he would be here first thing tomorrow with tarps to seal the hole in the roof. He was here with a positive,” let’s git er done attitude” at 8 sharp. Long story short, I decided not to be the general contractor and turned the job over to Alpha Omega and they were great to work with. House was done quickly, professionally and with a minimum of heartburn.
Hope I never need them again...

We experienced a flood in our basement last year. Not only was the flood unlucky but it was on very bad timing, as we had our baby the same day! My husband and I woke up at 6Am to go to the hospital to be induced to have our child. We heard our sump pump working and went down stairs to our entire basement flooded. We have two kids rooms downstairs and a toy room. Being in the Insurance industry at the time I knew exactly who to call. I called Alpha Omega at 6Am and Willie himself answered the phone right away. He sent his crew out to our home immediately. My husband took me to the hospital ran home to check on our house and they were already in the process of cleaning everything up. They reassured him several times that they would take care of everything and they exceeded our expectations. They removed everything from downstairs including the carpet, cleaned it all up and dried everything out. My husband and I knew we were in good hands and could be at peace during a special time in our lives. They made a bad timing event very manageable. This company has a heart, very professional and we would highly recommend! Thank you Alpha Omega and crew for all your hard work!

We have had the unfortunate experiences of three floods in our basement over the past several years. We have called in the pros at Alpha Omega all three times, each with amazing results. These people are awesome. They really know their stuff. They have shown up promptly upon our calls for assistance. As soon as they arrive on scene, they efficiently assess our needs and then go right to work. They put you at ease right away, telling us that they've got this handled and everything will be okay. They have great equipment, and they know exactly how to use it! The results have always proven to be outstanding. They are extremely honest, empathetic, efficient and hard-working. Thanks to this amazing team, our house is still in near-new condition, even after experiencing these water disasters. If you experience a similar event, we highly recommend calling Alpha Omega...believe me, you will be glad you did! You will absolutely love these people!

I used Alpha Omega for the second time a few months ago. They were extremely responsive and through. When I was frustrated and unsure of what to do, they were calming and had a great plan to get our home back to normal. Their experienced employees and subcontractors made the entire experience very easy and efficient.

Mitch and Justin were great in our time of need. They were on property within an hour to evaluate the problem and start the clean up process. The next day we had another leak and Justin was out immediately. They worked throughout the day sitting up fans and treating our basement. They were very professional and empathetic. Mitch checked back daily to evaluate the drying out process. Justin followed up a week later. They were great to work with. We would recommend them for all your water/fire clean up needs. A great crew and company. Willie and Julie should be proud!

My friends had an issue with a horrible stench in their house which they had just purchased. I called Alpha Omega and the owner personally came to their house and set up an Ozone Generator while they were out of town over the weekend. It worked. When my friends asked for an invoice, Alpha Omega refused payment and told them to pay it forward. Willy and Julie and all their team members are extremely responsive, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for all your water/smoke damage and restoration needs.

Great customer service! We had water damage and they came to see us in terrible weather. They are professional and quick to respond. Very honest and we would not use anyone else!

We recently completed a water damage restoration project with Alpha Omega and I they exceeded my expectations. Their people are very professional, thorough and know what they are doing. They responded to my call for help on a Sunday afternoon in an hour and a half and spent the next week monitoring fans and de-humidifiers. They arranged all the construction trades for the necessary repairs, cleaned up, and the finished product is as good as or better than the original condition. This is a company with principles and integrity and I highly recommend them.

I had $250,000 fire damage to my house and I interviewed 3 companies in my search for the right Company to restore it and chose Alpha Omega. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They went above and beyond in everything they did. I ended up not only with a restored home but it was also very beautifully upgraded and modern. After they were done I had an inspection Company go over it and they said they had never seen a restoration done so well. All of the work was very professional and my home looked custom built. They even moved walls at my request and upgraded my home immensely. I would never use anyone else. My son had a claim a year prior and used one of the other Companies I interviewed and had many issues and they had to pay extra for many things.
