Willy,Julie and the Team at Alpha Omega take AWESOME care of there customers from beging to end. They also are very supportive of the communities they work and live in. I am very honored to be associated with them both on and off the job!!!

My friends had an issue with a horrible stench in their house which they had just purchased. I called Alpha Omega and the owner personally came to their house and set up an Ozone Generator while they were out of town over the weekend. It worked. When my friends asked for an invoice, Alpha Omega refused payment and told them to pay it forward. Willy and Julie and all their team members are extremely responsive, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for all your water/smoke damage and restoration needs.

We recently completed a water damage restoration project with Alpha Omega and I they exceeded my expectations. Their people are very professional, thorough and know what they are doing. They responded to my call for help on a Sunday afternoon in an hour and a half and spent the next week monitoring fans and de-humidifiers. They arranged all the construction trades for the necessary repairs, cleaned up, and the finished product is as good as or better than the original condition. This is a company with principles and integrity and I highly recommend them.

I had $250,000 fire damage to my house and I interviewed 3 companies in my search for the right Company to restore it and chose Alpha Omega. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They went above and beyond in everything they did. I ended up not only with a restored home but it was also very beautifully upgraded and modern. After they were done I had an inspection Company go over it and they said they had never seen a restoration done so well. All of the work was very professional and my home looked custom built. They even moved walls at my request and upgraded my home immensely. I would never use anyone else. My son had a claim a year prior and used one of the other Companies I interviewed and had many issues and they had to pay extra for many things. I didn't and it was like personal friends were looking out for my best interests. Jimmy

As a realtor it can be difficult to find a disaster restoration company for my clients that is both economical, speedy and does quality work. I have found all three with Alpha Omega. They have gone above and beyond for me and my clients and I look forward to using them again in the future!

Alpha Omega was extremely responsive when we woke up to a couple of inches of water in our basement. I had my doubts when I called and was asked to "leave a message and someone would get back to me shortly." Five minutes later I had a call back, explained the problem and 45 minutes later someone was at my house. The technician explained what he saw and what he thought we should do. They got to work right away and went above and beyond the work we discussed.... And the bill came in LOWER than we discussed. Thank You Alpha Omega!
