Alpha Omega is an absolutely amazing company to work with. Anthony is so professional and knowledgeable about the process of cleaning up water damage in my basement. He and team member Kiara worked tirelessly all day and hauling out wet carpet, etc. Absolutely amazing people. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Exceeded my expectations. Best customer service EVER!

I recently had Alpha Omega perform some restoration work in my crawl space after I discovered a leaking pipe. Amaryllis was incredibly helpful when I first contacted them, and I was thoroughly impressed with her exceptional customer service. She meticulously coordinated everything, and I was particularly impressed by her efficiency in arranging for someone to visit my house promptly. I was expecting the service to be expensive since I was uncertain about the duration of the leak and the extent of the damage it had caused. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they provided me with a quote that was significantly lower than another quote I had received. I highly recommend Alpha Omega to anyone in need of restoration services!

Alpha Omega is great to work with. They are responsive & quick to answer questions. Sonya is great to work with & offers great information in her CE classes.

Alpha Omega has ALWAYS been great to work with and taken excellent care of the clients we have referred to them over the years. Sonya is the absolute best! My house got flooded by my clothes washer and it was a mess. I call them and they got my house back to great working order. If you find yourself in a mess like I did I would recommend Alpha and Omega Restoration.

We had a water heater issue which caused garage and interior flooding in our house. Alpha Omega came out immediately to begin mitigation. The folks who came were great and got to work helping remove all that water and damaged flooring/carpet. All of the local staff I worked with were friendly, professional and got the job done. The issue came when working with the billing company they use, Fleet Response, and my insurance. The Fleet Response was slow to respond, missed emails, and then were demanding and borderline rude when they wanted a response from my insurance agent about estimates and payments. I ended up basically having to mediate between the two because my insurance agent wouldn’t get prompt responses and Fleet Response was only polite when emailing with me. I ended up not using Alpha Omega for the restoration aspect exclusively because of how bad it was to deal with Fleet Response. This ended up being frustrating because Alpha Omega took many of the baseboards and siding pieces away with them so it was more difficult for me to match when I got restoration work done later on. Overall, this process took months longer because of the difficulty with Fleet Response and my having to manage everything personally. For the mitigation, I really appreciate Alpha Omega. For everything after, I would never use them while they work with Fleet Response.

i have no words sufficient for the praise of this company. None. But i’m gonna try. Last year, we discovered our home had been destroyed by a leak. We were, at the time, out of state with our son as he was in the hospice stage of his terminal cancer. Reeling from grief after his passing, we came home to find a completely ruined house. In shock from our boy’s death, we had very little emotional bandwidth to deal with it. Alpha Omega came immediately with a team and assessed the damage. They sent a lovely plant with condolences for our loss. (what companies DO that?). I remember vividly sitting on a ruined floor, overwhelmed with sorrow and unable to even comprehend or be too concerned about a stupid house….and Todd, a member of the team saw me, walked over and said, “You can’t care about this, can you? Let us take care of it for you. Give it to us. We’ll return your home to you better than it was before. I promise.” His words gave me release and comfort beyond the pale. And they delivered. Wade and the team have overwhelmed us with not only compassion, but excellence. Timely and thorough mitigation, excellent restoration, daily and immediate communication when we had questions. Help with and assistance for insurance issues…they did it all. We just came back to MT and our home this week. We rolled in at midnight from our travel, walked in and found….not only the home restored better than it was before, but the furniture staged, the boxes they had stored all back in the appropriate rooms and labeled. They had found our bedding, WASHED it, and made our bed. There was a welcome home banner and balloons and a fresh pizza in the fridge. How can a company be so kind, thoughtful and concerned? Like i said. I have no words, but I had to try. Please, please please consider this company whenever you have a mitigation or restoration project.

Comment: We are 100% satisfied with the wotk done by them. We had a pipe break in our bathroom which caused a BIG flood! Within 2 hours, the AO (Alpha-Omega) Emergency clean-up crew was here and before I could blink, the crew was in overdrive as they began cleaning up the mess! Their teamwork was incredible! In addition, the project manager was here, providing us with the details of what was going on and a layout of how the process will work. Another huge benefit is they worked directly with our insurance adjuster and saved us many hours of confusion and frustration!!! It was also a great benefit that the project manager was here to answer our questions, and he continued to check in with us throughout the entire process. Everyone did outstanding work! We always felt like we were well taken care of, and they took a lot of our worry away! I would personally like to thank Jared. He must have drawn the short straw, because he had to remove all the damaged flooring. Our house was built in 1941 and there were several layers of flooring that had to be removed, not just the top flooring, which was tile. Jared worked from sun up till sundown and barely took time for lunch! He is a machine! I don’t think I have ever seen anybody work as hard (and smart) as Jared did and do such an outstanding job! Overall, I would recommend them to anyone! THANK YOU to all the crew at Alpha Omega!

As always, the team at Alpha Omega did an excellent job restoring our home following unexpected water damage in our basement. Our thanks to Wade, Seth, Sal and Alonso for their outstanding work and for taking such good care of us during the process. They were always happy to answer any and all questions and go the extra mile to make sure the renovations were done to our expectations.

Got the worst housewarming present ever! A flood in the basement. Thankfully, Jordan Kroll was prompt and efficient and helped us get the remediation process started. He has been super patient with us and answered any questions we might have, even if they seemed a little silly. From that point on, every single person who has worked on this job has been incredible. Nate Hill, Dawn Westermark, Kiiara Snowden, Aaron Fairly, Haden Hill, and Anthony Gile have been super professional, speedy and considerate of the quirky members of the household. They even worked well with my cats. 10/10 would recommend, but 100/100 would recommend this crew.
