Yup... During the last freeze I was hit with a water line bursting in the wall behind the kitchen sink. Upon realizing what happened I pulled up the floating floor in my kitchen and immediately contacted our local plumber. In addition I made a call to Alpha-Omega. The rep from AO appeared as the plumber was making repairs. AO was very informative as to what to expect. I in turn contacted the insurance company to get everything under way. AO came in and competed the tear out of kitchen cabinets as well as wall in basement. With the fans installed we had to put up with the noise but within a few days everything was dried. They completed the estimate and submitted to the insurance company. Approved within a few days of submittal and are now underway with the rebuild. I could not have asked for a better team of folks to date. Very professional and courteous. In closing we are very excited in getting our kitchen put back together!!! See less

AO did an excellent job of providing sewage cleanup, moving our basement contents to a storage container, demo, disinfection, and customer service. They worked with us and were very patient as we tried to get through insurance, city reimbursement, and payment for services. I would choose them again. But let’s not. Thanks guys!

My go to contractor for disaster restoration projects. I've worked with Willy and his team on several projects (medical, commercial, etc.) where immediate response and action was required. On each occasion, Alpha Omega arrived quickly, contained the issue and began next steps in remediating and repairing the issue. AO are there every step of the way and do an outstanding job! When we had a fire at our property it was a stressful and overwhelming time. Luckily Alpha Omega got there right away and they took care of everything from start to finish. Working with Levi and his crew was a great experience. They dealt with the construction side as well as insurance. They were our advocate when dealing with our insurance company and they made sure everything was fixed or replaced to make our house better than it was before the fire. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Our insurance company referred us to Alpha Omega when we found water coming out of our ceiling. They came out on very short notice and did a great job getting our mess cleaned up and dried out quickly preventing further damage. Great employees & great service!

I used A & O services after coming back from vacation to a water leak in our home. It had been leaking for days and the damage was quite extensive. I am glad I called and worked with Alpha and Omega they did a fantastic job on the clean up and repair and everyone was great to work with from the office to the field. I was always kept in the loop and updated frequently and they were very concerned that everything they did met my expectations. I hope I don't have to but I would work with them again.

They have a great staff that shares the passion of helping people when they are in need. I recently experienced water damage starting in my master bath, going into that bedroom and thru the wall into the hall bathroom. I was overwhelmed when I called my insurance company but they immediately recommended Alpha Omega .. and am I happy they did! Their office staff is so very friendly and helpful! I called and Daniel and his disaster crew arrived and jumped right in! Pulling up carpet on the bedroom, moving furniture, pulling flooring from both bathrooms and setting up the big fans. They even went into my crawl space and found that water had leaked into there and removed everyone that has signs of water damage. I can't say enough about their professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to answer any questions I had, even twice when I forgot the first answer. The reconstruction will start next week and I see no reason to think that crew won't be just as remarkable. Ben and Levi I know will be just as awesome!!
